(2012)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yofpo88ipmo March 11, 2020 Reply CD Smith Dear America, If Joe Biden wins the nom — Biden will attempt to continue on with where Obama left off, and try to bring America back to those days. The problem being, Joe isn't Obama, and those times are in the past. Joe will very likely trot out a healthcare plan very similar to Obamacare, which let's face it was although an improvement somewhat, it was a half-measure at best. It keeps the insurance corps somewhat happy, and it keeps Americans paying high monthly premiums and suffering deductibles and co-pays for years to come. Will he make much of a dent in high pharma pricing? I suppose we'll see, if he gets elected. America by and large once again proves they aren't ready for what the rest of the civilized world already knows and enjoys. I myself live in a country with universal healthcare and I can tell you straight out or straight to your face if you like, you cannot put a price on this level of peace of mind. Never in my life of nearly 60 years have I ever known the doctor visit or hospital stay to ever come with a bill of any kind. I've had half a dozen surgeries in my life, three of them major spinal surgeries, complete with all the scans and MRIs and x-rays and therapies that that entails. No charge ever. Bernie seems to be the only one who gets it. He's the only one that has visited my country and studied our system and talked to our healthcare experts. This is why Bernie knows what he knows and says what he says. Because he's done his homework, for years in fact. Yes, Biden is definitely the second choice here, but if it's to be him, and it appears like that's going to be the case, Bernie says he's intent on backing Joe 100% in order to take down Trump. That's good enough for me. I can't vote in your elections but I do have a large section of my extended family who are Americans, plus a good number of people I call friends there. Whenever my counsel is sought I will be advising them to follow Bernie's lead and vote Blue. Hold your nose if you have to but vote blue. To do less, to withhold votes out of spite, is to serve Trump, and that's a thing that is unconscionable. Bluevember is coming I'm pulling for America. ~ A Canadian. Polling were done by the DNC and voting centers were adjusted according to the canditate. In areas of latinos and young people leaning towards Sanders, there were less voting centers than in old folks district pro-Biden. Ex: Two of the biggest cities in North Dakota had only two voting centers, majority for Bernie, lines of 3-4 hours wait to vote, all closing at 8pm. This is not rocket science, there is no transparency in the voting process. #rigged #against #Bernie March 11, 2020 Reply eeeemmteeee Please Michigan, don't let Biden win. March 11, 2020 Reply eclemensen And what will happen if Bernie should win and still can't deliver on his promises? Talk about despondency. the democrats could not implement those promises, because they still had one republican blockage, and two a lack of knowledge, from those that didn't tell them. where and when. It can't stop by just electing someone, to get help you have to ask for it. they can't read your smoke signals. Even though there is actually no good reason PROVEN to dislike Hilary, she was right. it takes a village. Calling in and saying I want you to dig up those bad pipes, isn't enough, you the caller have to show them which pipes TO START WITH. sure Bernie is inspiring, but so was Trump, difference is Bernie can't make good on his promises, Trump never planned to, When Bernie, loses to Trump EVERYTHING IS LOST. Under Biden, Bernie can instigate, and implement many if not most of his agenda, as a Senator, in the majority. Bernie runs, McConnell will still run the senate. March 11, 2020 Reply Khonh lo The numbers doesnt look good for Bernie since the first state voted. He lost almost 50% of the vote he got in 2016 to other candidates for this cycle and the fact that Bloomberg got in to out spent the remaining candidates pretty much guarantee Biden the path to the nomination. The only problem is, Trump will win because Biden has signs of dementia. The media is trying really had to hide it but there should be a compilation of Biden speeches at rallies where he forgets who he is talking about and where he is at times. This is a 78 years old man trying to reach that last step in his long and questionable political career even when he's at deaths door. March 11, 2020 Reply Anon Single parents can't afford both health insurance and daycare. Period. Big Problem. March 11, 2020 Reply Norgler Well, there are two groups to consider and their history isinterwoven. First you have the boomers, the old folks and secondly there is theestablishment. When the boomers were in place in the seventies, reaping all thebenefits of the most prosperous period the world had seen until then, thingsgot a little more crampy and the establishment suggested that while existingrights would not be touched, every newcomer had to do with less. The boomersagreed and supported the establishment since. Why not? It was only a littleless each time, though it added up to a lot less over the years, for thenewcomers, but no boomer noticed, because they were courted by politicians fromall directions. And now you have Bernie Sanders talking about everything thatis wrong in America. Until now every boomer could think about his or hergrandchildren 'nah, they will manage'. But this fellow is talking impendingdoom and evoking the collective guilt of his generation to the young. That ispsychologically hard to accept. That is why old folks were so supportive ofMajor Pete; that was a nice young man; that is how the old like to think of theyoung: succesful, well dressed, content. Not laden with debt, homeless, underinsured and underpaid. Bernie's largest failing is that he speaks truth. And now in a final gasp of moral depravity the establishment and the old coalescearound a personification of al that has gone wrong. This is designed to make people believe this – so it is an attempt of mind control. Just don't trust the corporate media. They are a bunch of jerks. By the way, Michael Moore did some great documentaries. Roger and Me is now 31 years old. I think Bowling for Columbine was his best, but the most "sincere" one in regards to when Michael was young, was "Roger and Me". That was great. Of course Michael did more commentaries, but I did not like theseas much as these other two. Bowling for columbine was best, but I also liked Roger and Me a lot. March 12, 2020 Reply Mid West Full disclosure I’m a conservative voting for Trump. But I’m not sure why they would choose this headline. The data is in.
