March 12, 2020 Reply Karen Sweet Mr Kemp, What are you doing to make sure that the Georgia people, (taxpayers, constituents) can get the proper mask, gloves, goggles, and other protective gear that they need? By the time we had the money to buy them, they were all gone! What is Pence doing to fix this issue? We really would like a good answer to these questions! You need to make sure they are screening at the airports! Stop allowing flights in Atlanta airport from outside countries. Ppl are going from Europe to other places n into the US. Pence is not doing a good job at all…Don't trust that man! Hes a Democrat acting Republican and is not in the best intrests of the ppl… March 12, 2020 Reply Keke Jones Closed school before kids get sick bad March 12, 2020 Reply Fabiana Roberts We all see how China, Italy get so bad because they no take caution at the first week. Now we are doing the same. I don’t agree with President Trump and many things…But he says something it’s true “it’s time to be together” and I completely agree whit all the things he says last night. It makes no since that we should keep our schools open given the fact that we know for sure that the corona virus is here in out state and is being spread in the communities. Why would we wait until one of our children gets sick to close the schools? March 12, 2020 Reply Jay I can't focus on nothing but the sign guy. March 12, 2020 Reply Thomas Estwick All the panic buyers flooding the supermarket and stores providing the perfect event for exponential spread and contamination of the good and products. The virus is already in the state and many are currently carriers in incubation phase. The disconnect between words and what should be done is wretchedly frustrating. We all saw this coming due to the abysmal response from our heads and chiefs. Secure supermarkets and stores, screen at entry, limit number of occupants and gear required. Gear should have been a mandatory requirement if in public since Jan. Then they will wonder why and how it got so bad. This pussy footing, especially with no travel restrictions in place was negligent ignorance. Just one day of this “ every man for themselves garbage could be responsible for thousands upon thousands of new infections. March 12, 2020 Reply Taeshon Blount Please mandate school and large public closures. For job sakes..companies are willing to pay mandated loa but not if its "voluntary".
